Abstract

Melakukan pelacakan dan pengelolaan data inventori aset TI di dalam perusahaan secara manual sangat melelahkan, memakan banyak biaya dan waktu, serta rentan dengan kesalahan. Untuk mengurangi biaya dalam perencanaan anggaran, melakukan pengendalian aset TI, meningkatkan akuntabilitas untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan TI, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis, PT. Bank Bisnis Internasional memerlukan solusi untuk mengelola perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan informasi terkait sepanjang siklus hidup aset TI. Tujuan utama dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi IT Asset Management yang membantu perusahaan mengelola informasi mengenai aset perangkat keras yang dimiliki, lokasinya, pemilik dari aset tersebut, dan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk mengelola aset TI, dalam antarmuka berbasis web. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengendalikan biaya modal dan operasional aset TI dengan mengurangi pembelian perangkat keras yang tidak diperlukan, mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis mengenai pembelian, dan memilih vendor yang efisien. Pengembangan aplikasi ini didasarkan pada kerangka System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang terdiri dari serangkaian tahap perencanaan, analisis kelayakan sistem saat ini, pengumpulan requirements, perancangan, pembangunan, dan implementasi. Metodologi yang digunakan pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototyping. Tujuan kedua dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengajukan aplikasi pendukung keputusan pakar Fuzzy Logic dengan metode Tsukamoto untuk memecahkan permasalahan pemilihan vendor dalam proses pengadaan aset TI. Fuzzy Logic dapat mendefinisikan solusi pasti untuk permasalahan yang kabur, tidak tepat, dan ambigu, dengan mengubah informasi berbentuk linguistik yang diberikan para ahli di bidang pengadaan barang menjadi suatu pemodelan matematis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Dua kriteria yang digunakan di dalam Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengukur kinerja vendor adalah harga dan keterlambatan pengiriman. / Managing and tracking thousands of IT assets across a company manually is costly, time-consuming, and prone to errors. In order to reduce costs in budget planning, maintaining control of IT assets, increasing accountability to ensure compliance, and supporting strategic decision making, PT. Bank Bisnis Internasional requires a solution to manage hardware, software, and information throughout the IT asset lifecycle. The main objective of this project is to develop an IT Asset Management application that helps the company maintain information regarding their hardware assets, their location, owner, and incurred costs via a web interface. Furthermore it aims to control IT capital and operational costs by minimizing unnecessary hardware purchases, supporting better strategic purchasing decision-making, and selecting efficient vendors. Application development follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework which is comprised of a series of planning, feasibility analysis of current systems, requirements gathering, design, construction, and implementation. The methodology used on this project is Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototyping. A secondary objective of this project is to introduce the application of fuzzy expert decision support system using Tsukamoto method which solves vendor selection problems during the procurement process. Fuzzy Logic can provide definitive solutions for vague, imprecise, and ambiguous problems by transforming linguistic-form information provided by experts in the procurement field into a mathematical decision making model. The two criteria used on this project to measure vendor performance are price and delivery delay.
