Abstract

Saat ini, kemajuan teknologi sangat pesat. Mendukung semua proses bisnis menjadi sebuah bisnis online yang kuat. PT Hanwill Niteo Sejahtera adalah sebuah perusahaan yang menjual berbagai pakaian untuk pria dan wanita. Proses yang dilakukan perusahaan meliputi pembelian, pembayaran, pengelolaan stok, dan retur barang. Perusahaan ini membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam melakukan proses bisnis. Proyek ini menjelaskan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat dalam melakukan proses pemesanan, dan implementasi sistem e-wallet. Sistem ini dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan metode prototyping dan juga mengarah kepada proses pengembangan sistem yang melibatkan analisis sistem toko online saat ini di Indonesia, pengumpulan requirement, desain web, konstruksi, dan rencana instalasi. Bahasa pemodelan menggunakan UML 2.0 dengan perspektif perilaku dan struktural. Hal ini kemudian diikuti dengan merancang struktur database antarmuka, dan diakhiri dengan pembangunan sistem menggunakan PHP Hypertext Preprocessor dan MySQL. Pengujian aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox dengan skenario dan pendekatan pengujian fungsional. Sistem yang diusulkan memfasilitasi semua memesan, manajemen produk, mengelola karyawan, persetujuan internal perhitungan keuntungan, konfirmasi pembayaran untuk kebutuhan internal dan eksternal, sistem e-wallet, dan juga menyediakan fitur untuk menghubungkan online shop dengan social media. / Nowadays, the advancement of technology is very high. It supports too strong business process to become an online business. PT Hanwill Niteo Makmur is a company selling variety of clothes for men and women. The processes include purchasing, payment, managing stock, purchase returns, and e-wallet system.This company needs a system that could helps business processes. This project describes the development of a web-based application that could helps ordering process, and the implementation of e-wallet system. The system is developed as a web-based application using prototyping method and concern the development process procedure of a system that involves analysis of the current online shop system in indonesia, requirement gathering, web design, construction, and the installation plan. Modeling the system using UML 2.0, followed by designing the database structure, interfaces, and ending with the construction of the application using PHP Hypertext Preprocessor and MySQL. Application testing is performed using black-box testing with scenario and functional testing approaches. The proposed system facilitates all ordering, product management, manage employee, internal approvals, profit calculation, payment confirmation for internal and external needs, e-wallet system, and also provides features to link with social media.
