Abstract

Klinik Benua Indah adalah sebuah klinik kesehatan yang menyediakan layanan dokter umum, dokter anak dan dokter gigi. Aplikasi ini dibangun untuk mengatasi keterbatasan sistem saat ini yang secara manual menangani kegiatan operasional. Kesulitan dalam pencarian data yang dibutuhkan, kesalahan interpretasi serta pembatasan akses yang kurang baik terhadap data merupakan akibat dari pengelolaan data klinik yang kurang baik. Saat ini, Klinik Benua Indah ingin mengimplementasikan sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat membantu pegawai dalam proses pengelolaan data operasional, mengakomodasikan pengisian rekam medis, pembuatan resep serta proses pembayaran pengobatan dan pembelian obat. Tugas akhir ini berfokus pada pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu klinik dalam pengelolaan data operasional. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah RAD dengan metode Prototyping. Aplikasi usulan dibangun menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 dan MySQL. Pada tahap permodelan aplikasi usulan digunakan UML versi 2.0 seperti activity, use case dan class diagram. Aplikasi menggunakan clinical information system untuk fitur reminder yang berguna bagi para pegawai klinik dalam mengelola data reservasi dan stok obat. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu Klinik Benua Indah dalam kegiatan operasional yakni pengelolaan data, pengisian rekam medis, pembuatan resep serta proes pembayaran pengobatan dan pembelian obat. Aplikasi dapat membantu usaha klinik dalam menjaga pelayanan kepada pasien dengan adanya penerapan fitur reminder untuk pengelolaan data reservasi dan stok obat. / Klinik Benua Indah is a clinic that consists of services such as general practitioner, pediatrician and dentist services. This application is built to overcome the limitations of current situation that manually handles opertional activities. Difficulties in finding required data, misinterpretation and poor access restrictions to the data is the result of poor data management. Klinik Benua Indah aims to implement the computerized system for help staff in operational and data management processes, filling of medical record and prescribing and also to accommodate the payment processes. This paper focuses on developing an application to help the clinic in operational data management. The methodology used for application development is RAD with Prototyping. This application is built using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 and MySQL. In functional modeling, UML 2.0 is used including, such as activity, use case and class diagram. This application use clinical information system for reminder feature that is useful for the clinic staff for manage data reservation and drugs inventory. The application assist Klinik Benua Indah in operational and data management, fiiling of medical record and prescribing and also to accomodate the payment processes. The application can also assist in maintaining service to patients through reminder feature in data reservation.
