Abstract

Penyakit gigi dan mulut yang dikeluhkan oleh orang Indonesia dari urutan yang paling banyak adalah gigi rusak/berlubang/sakit, gusi bengkak, dan mengeluarkan bisul. Dengan beragamnya penyakit gigi dibutuhkan klinik gigi dengan pelayanan yang terbaik. Dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada pasien, klinik gigi pasti memiliki risiko yang dapat mengancam keberlangsungan jalannya klinik gigi. Salah satu risiko yang dapat mengancam adalah risiko operasional. X Dental Care merupakan klinik kesehatan gigi umum yang sering mengalami permasalahan operasional. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pihak manajemen X Dental Care yang tidak pernah menangani risiko operasional dengan cara yang tepat. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk menangani risiko yang dimiliki adalah menerapkan analisis risiko dengan manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan potensi-potensi risiko operasional, melakukan analisis risiko operasional, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi risiko yang dimiliki oleh X Dental Care. Data penelitian berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil formulir checklist, kuesioner, dan wawancara dengan pihak pakar dan pihak manajemen X Dental Care untuk mengetahui risiko operasional yang dimiliki X Dental Care. Sedangkan data sekunder yang diambil adalah profil dan struktur organisasi X Dental Care. Risiko operasional yang telah didapatkan akan dilakukan analisis dengan tahapan manajemen risiko dari Project Management Institute. Setelah itu, dibuatkan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi risiko-risiko tingkat tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan potensi-potensi risiko operasional sebanyak 27 risiko yang terdiri dari 13 faktor risiko proses, 8 risiko faktor sumber daya, dan 6 risiko faktor eksternal. Dari 27 risiko operasional yang dimilikinya, risiko yang memiliki tingkat rendah sebanyak 8 risiko, tingkat sedang sebanyak 17 risiko, dan tingkat tinggi sebanyak 2 risiko. Dari 2 risiko yang memiliki tingkat tinggi diberikan sebanyak 5 rekomendasi. / The teeth and mouth diseases complained by Indonesians, from the order of the most, are tooth decay / cavities / pain, swollen gums, and ulcers. With a variety of dental diseases, a dental clinic with the best service is needed. In providing services to patients, dental clinics must have risks that can threaten the sustainability of the dental clinic. One of the risks that can threaten is operational risk. X Dental Care is a general dental health clinic that is experiencing operational problems. This happened because the X Dental Care management never put any operational risks in the right way. One of the ways is to apply risk analysis with risk management. This study aims to determine potential risks, perform operational risk analysis, and provide recommendations to address risks that X Dental Care has. The research data is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of forms, checklists, questionnaires, and interviews with experts and X Dental Care management to see the operational risks that X Dental Care has. Meanwhile, secondary data taken is the profile and organizational structure of X Dental Care. The operational risks that have been obtained will be analyzed with the risk management stages of the Project Management Institute. After that, recommendations will be made to reduce risk by having a high level. From the research results, there were 27 potential operational risks, consisting of 13 risk factors, 8 resource risk factors, and 6 external risk factors. Of the 27 operational risks it has, 8 risks have a low level of risk, a medium level of 17 risks, and a high level of 2 risks. Of the 2 risks that have a high level of risk are given as many as 5 recommendations.
