Abstract

Daya saing didunia konstruksi Indonesia semakin tinggi, setiap perusahaan harus mampu meningkatkan performa aktivitasnya. Salah satu bagian yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah ketepatan estimasi jadwal dan anggaran proyek yang memiliki peran penting saat tender proyek. Peningkatan ketepatan estimasi penjadwalan dan anggaran dapat dihubungkan dengan teori kurva belajar. Hal ini dikarenakan pada proyek konstruksi terdapat pekerjaan yang bersifat repetitif yang sesuai dengan karakteristik teori kurva belajar. Pekerjaan konstruksi yang bersifat repetitif dapat digolongkan menjadi dua jenis yaitu pekerjaan semi-manual yang menggunakan bantuan mesin dan pekerjaan manual yang menggunakan keterampilan tangan. Selain itu juga membandingkan pekerjaan yang tergolong sulit dengan pekerjaan yang tergolong mudah. Tugas akhir ini juga menganalisis nilai rasio kurva belajar untuk pekerjaan yang tergolong sulit dengan pekerjaan yang tergolong mudah. Dari rasio kurva belajar pekerjaan-pekerjaan diatas dapat diketahui besar penghematan anggaran. Peneliti juga membuat prosedur aplikasi kurva belajar terhadap anggaran dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu yang dapat menghambat efek pembelajaran pada masing-masing pekerjaan. Penggunaan kurva belajar bermanfat untuk memberikan estimasi jadwal penyelesaian yang lebih tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi persaingan dunia konstruksi / Competitions at Indonesian constructions fields are getting higher, every company required to increase their activity performance. One part that need to be increased is the accuracy of project schedule estimation, because this is directly connected to the project cost estimation which has an important role at project bidding. Increasing the accuracy schedule estimation can be linked with learning curve theory. Because, in construction project there are works with repetitions and it is fit with the characteristic of learning curve theory for schedule estimation. Construction work with repetition can be divided into two groups, there are works done semi-manually by the used of machine and manual work done by hand. The research also analyzed works that are easy to be done and more difficult works. Ratio derived from the learning curves is also affected the project’s cost efficiency. Application procedure of learning curve to the cost efficiency and identify the factors that can decrease learning effect for each works were also proposed in this thesis. It was learnt that the use of learning curve can be useful for increasing accuracy of schedule estimation so that it can increase contractor’s qualification in construction industry
