Abstract

Tujuan utama perusahaan adalah untuk mencari laba atau keuntungan, serta memenuhi keinginan investor dalam pengembangan kegiatan perusahaan agar lebih baik. Perusahaan tidak hanya mencari keuntungan tetapi juga memberikan tanggung jawab kepada masyarakat dan bumi. Segala kegiatan maupun aktivitas perusahaan terkait dengan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan diungkapkan dalam suatu pelaporan yang dikenal dengan Laporan Keberlanjutan atau Sustainability Reporting. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dokumentasi dengan melihat laporan keberlanjutan yang diterbitkan oleh perusahaan PT Bank Mandiri Tbk di tahun 2018 & 2019/ The main objective of the company is to seek profit, as well as to fulfill the wishes of investors in developing better activities. Companies not only seek profit but also give responsibility to society and the planet. All company activities or activities related to social responsibility and the business environment in reporting known as Sustainability Reports or Sustainability Reporting. This research was conducted using documentation observation techniques by looking at the sustainability reports published by the company PT Bank Mandiri Tbk in 2018 & 2019.
