Abstract

Pulau Bangka adalah salah satu pulau penghasil timah terbesar di Indonesia yang sudah memulai mengembangkan sektor pariwisata. Pulau Bangka telah dikenal sebagai salah satu pusat kuliner berbahan olahan laut mulai dari berbagai macam boga bahari yang segar hingga dengan hasil olahan, seperti kemplang, kerupuk, lakso, mie koba, dan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah citra kuliner di Pulau Bangka berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dan loyalitas destinasi dan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas destinasi. Penelitian ini dibuat atas dasar mereplikasikan sebuah jurnal mengenai makanan lokal daerah Hanoi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dua dimensi (budaya makanan dan atmosfer) dari empat citra kuliner Pulau Bangka tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dan loyalitas destinasi. Selain itu, kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas destinasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling dengan syarat responden adalah wisatawan nusantara yang sudah pernah mengunjungi dan mencoba makanan lokal Pulau Bangka. Data kuantitatif kemudian diolah menggunakan metode statistika analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Kata kunci : Citra kuliner, Kepuasan Wisatawan, Loyalitas Destinasi, Makanan Lokal, Pulau Bangka/ Bangka Island is one of the largest tin-producing islands in Indonesia which has started to develop the tourism sector. Bangka Island has been known as one of the culinary centers with seafood, from a variety of fresh seafood to processed products, such as kemplang, crackers, lakso, koba noodles, and others. This study aims to know whether culinary image in Bangka Island affects tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty and to know whether tourist satisfaction affects destination loyalty. This research was made on the basis of replicating a journal about local food in Hanoi. The results of this study indicate that the two dimensions (food culture and atmosphere) of the four culinary images of Bangka Island have no effect on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. In addition, tourists satisfaction has a positive effect on destination loyalty. This type of research is quantitative with a questionnaire data collection method. The sampling technique used in this research is the Nonprobability Sampling technique which is Accidental Sampling method with the condition that the respondent is an Indonesian tourist who has visited and tried local food on Bangka Island. The quantitative data were then processed using simple regression analysis statistical methods and multiple regression analysis.
