Abstract

Pada setiap perusahaan, kelanjutan hidup perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh keuntungan yang didapat dari penjualan produk atau jasa kepada pelanggan. Untuk meningkatkan keuntungan tersebut maka diperlukannya pelaksanaan kontrol terhadap salesman. PT Mobile Sarana Sentosa menyediakan aplikasi piranti lunak yang dapat diimplementasikan pada perusahaan-perusahaan. Pada proyek implementasi aplikasi, terdapat perubahan-perubahan yang diinginkan oleh klien. Untuk mendapat keterangan yang jelas pada perubahan-perubahan tersebut diperlukan juga identifikasi pada customer requirements, karakteristik teknis, bagian produk, dan proses dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Pendokumentasian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah requirements yang telah diberikan oleh klien dapat terpenuhi atau tidak. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, maka diperlukannya pembuatan Assessment I.T. Application Portfolio. Pembuatan dokumentasi tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment. Metode ini memberikan hasil tingkat prioritas pada karakteristik teknis, bagian produk, dan proses dalam pembuatan produk. Selain itu, metode ini memberikan data bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui requirements yang dapat terpenuhi dan tidak dapat terpenuhi. Selanjutnya, data yang terdapat pada analisis Quality Function Deployment dapat digunakan lebih lanjut dalam pembuatan Assessment I.T. Application Portfolio. / In every company, the continuity of a firm is based on the profit that attain by selling their products to the customer. To increase the profits that gain by the company, one must know how to control their employee correctly. To realization this purpose, PT Mobile Sarana Sentosa provide software that can achieve this problem. The implementation of this software can be done on most company. The implementation project are frequently get change request. To give a clear view about the project, the company must know technical requirements, parts, and process that run in the project. The documentation of the elements is followed by the determining which requirements that can be fulfilled by the company or which is not. To answer the needs, the establishment of Assessment IT Application Portfolio is needed. The making of this documentation is based on a methodology called Quality Function Deployment. This method gives the level of priority on technical requirements, parts, and process on product creation. Furthermore, this method provide the data which company needed to determine which requirements that can or can not be fulfilled by the company.
