Abstract

Di dalam suatu proyek pencegahan terhadap terjadinya keterlambatan proyek sangat penting karena melibatkan peran serta mandor, selain itu mandor juga menjadi sarana komunikasi pekerja kepada kontraktor. Mandor juga menjadi sarana komunikasi pekerja kepada kontraktor dan pemilik proyek. Dalam organisasi proyek konstruksi di Indonesia, mandor diposisikan sebagai personil yang bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin sekelompok pekerja di industri konstruksi. Posisi ini juga sering dianggap sebagai posisi yang paling penting dalam operasi konstruksi karena mandor memiliki status hubungan utama antara manajemen dan pekerja. Didapat beberapa faktor dengan ranking tertinggi pada hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan ke dalam beberapa proyek konstruksi dan mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 4,63 yang menempatkan posisi pertama mengenai salary/gaji,4,53 pada posisi kedua mengenai cash flow yang tidak sempurna, dan 4,3 pada posisi ketiga mengenai kelengkapan fasilitas penunjang / In a construction project, the avoidance of delaying a project is very crucial and a construction foreman plays important roles in order to prevent that problem to occur. A construction foreman not only becomes a middleman between construction workers and contractor, but also communicates progress on a project with contractor and employer. In a construction project organization in Indonesia, a construction foreman is usually in charge of a construction crew. This is one of the most significant roles in operating a construction of a particular project because a construction foreman eases the communication between his/her construction crew and his/her employer. The result of the questionnaires regarding the factors that affect the construction foremen to delay a residential construction project, which have been distributed in some construction projects has shown that the highest mean was 4.63 regarding the salary; the second highest mean was 4.53 regarding the unsatisfactory cash flow; and, the lowest mean was 4.3 regarding the supply of incomplete equipments
