Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dalam menganalisis dan monitoring perkembangan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaannya, PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk tidak terlepas dari penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) adalah sebuah media berbasis teknologi informasi (TI) yang berperan sebagai sumber laporan perkembangan jumlah karyawan yang dimiliki oleh PT. Matahari Putra Prima. Tbk. Walau demikian Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) yang dimiliki perusahaan saat ini masih bersifat statis dan belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan top lexel management perusahaan ini. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan merancang sebuah aplikasi Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) berbasis website. Pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan kerangka keija System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototyping sebagai metodologi yang digunakan. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan software Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 dan XAMPP Server sebagai localhost. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) berbasis website yang dapat membantu top level management dalam memonitor perkembangan jumlah karyawan pada perusahaan secara cepat dan jelas. Aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan dengan sistem sebelumnya seperti pelaporan dalam bentuk grafik, user interface yang interaktif, customized data query. dan fitur user management yang berfungsi sebagai pengatur user level penggunaan aplikasi. / Human resources have an important role to achieve the company objectives. In order to analyze and monitor the development of human resources in the company, PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk cannot be apart from the use of Information Technology (IT). Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) is a media based on information technology (IT) that contains information the amount of employee development report owned by PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. However, the current Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) provided cannot fulfill the need of top level management of this company. The purpose of this final project is to analyze and design a website based of Human Capital Dashboard application (HCD). The development of the application was used System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework and Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototyping as a methodology. The software used was Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 and XAMPP Server as localhost. The results from this study is a website based of Human Capital Dashboard (HCD) application that can help the top level management in monitoring the employees performances more quickly and clearly. This application has several improvement from the old system such as graphs report, interactive user interface, customized query data, and user management features that function as a regulator of the user level of application usage.
