Abstract

Sebagai sebuah rumah sakit bertaraf internasional, Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village mencoba untuk terus meningkatkan dan menjaga kualitas mutu serta pelayanannya. Peningkatan kualitas dilakukan secara merata pada seluruh departemen yang ada salah satunya adalah departemen farmasi. Departemen farmasi membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses bisnisnya seperti proses penjualan obat, proses pencatatan penerimaan obat, dan proses pengelolaan data obat. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat dan merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk membantu departemen farmasi Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village dalam hal penjualan obat dan pengolahan data yang berhubungan dengan penjualan obat. Pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototyping. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan NetBeans IDE 8.1 dan XAMPP Server v3.2.2. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk mencatat penjualan obat, mengolah data yang berhubungan dengan penjualan obat, mencetak label obat, dan mencetak laporan penjualan dan stok obat. Fungsi yang dimiliki pada aplikasi ini dapat digunakan departemen farmasi Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village untuk membantu dalam hal pengambilan keputusan. / As a hospital with international quality, Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village always try to improve and maintain the quality of their services. The improvement of quality is done in all departments, and in particular the pharmacy department. The pharmacy department is in urgent need of an application that can help the business aspects such as sales, data collection, and data processing of all drugs. The purposes of this project are to design and create a web-based application that is aimed to help the pharmacy department in Siloam Hospital Lippo Village in terms of sales and data processing on all drugs registered in the hospital. The application was made with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototyping method. The application is designed with NetBeans IDE 8.1 and XAMPP Server v3.2.2. The end result of this assignment is a web-based application that can be used to record all the drug sales, manage all data according to the drug sales, and also print the appropriate labels for the drugs. The application have functionality benefits that may be used by Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village pharmacy to achieve a better decision making.
