Abstract

Memasuki zaman dimana teknologi terus berkembang dan menjadi suatu hal yang umum, sebuah bisnis diharuskan untuk mampu memanfaatkan teknologi agar bisa meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dan mendapat keunggulan bersaing. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan teknologi informasi di klinik kecantikan XYZ. Pembuatan aplikasi difokuskan untuk memudahkan dan membantu proses kerja di dalam klinik, seperti pembuatan kuesioner yang membantu menentukan paket perawatan terbaik untuk pelanggan, membantu kegiatan transaksi di dalam klinik, dan mendata kapan pelanggan melakukan sesi perawatan. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan prototyping sebagai metodenya. Pengembangan sistem ini dirancang menggunakan model diagram UML 2.0 seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Aplikasi kemudian dibangun menggunakan software notepad ++ dan XAMPP Server sebagai localhost. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang mempermudah proses kerja dan transaksi penjualan produk di klinik XYZ. / Entering the age where technology keep developing and becoming something common these days, a business need to know how to use technology to increase its productivity and gain competitive advantage. The aim of this final project is to answer the technological information need at XYZ beauty clinic. The application is developed to focus on how to help and make business processes at the clinic much easier to do, such as making questionnaire that can help to decide which treatment is best for the customer, supporting transaction process at the clinic, and keeping dates when the customer takes treatment session. Application is developed using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with prototyping as its method. Development of the system is modeled using UML 2.0 model diagram such as use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. The application is then built using notepad ++ software and XAMPP Server as its localhost. The result of this final project is a web application that make business process and products transaction easier at XYZ clinic.
