Abstract

The emergence of airline local flights low cost carrier in Indonesia has changed group formerly non customer to be potential customer. This study aims to identify the quality of services, the price, and the customer satisfaction that influence the repeat purchase of services flight low cost in Indonesia. The concept of the model in this research is developed to examine the relationship between four variable. In this research , a writer do a data collective with questionnaire method, anf using technique nonprobability sampling for sample collective , with using a Convinience technique sampling it can be find a respondent that writer need.. This research needed 110 sample respondents who had been use the low cost carrier in Indonesia more than once. The results of the this research supported and revealed that the services quality, price, and customer satisfaction are important for the created of repeat purchase of low cost carrier in Indonesia. There are some recommendations advise provided by the writer to low cost carrier in Indonesia for develop a service quality, consider price to customers, and maintai customer satisfaction that will be a strong factors for create a repeat purchase low cost carrier in Indonesia.
