Abstract

Industri sektor restoran di DKI Jakarta memiliki banyak peminat, karena gaya hidup masyarakat di DKI Jakarta yang senang untuk bersosialisasi bersama keluarga, teman, kerabat, dan rekan kerja di restoran untuk makan dan minum bersama. Maka semakin banyaknya jumlah restoran di DKI Jakarta, menyebabkan persaingan juga semakin ketat, perusahaan pun harus memberikan perhatian kepada kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen yang menjadi faktor keberhasilan suatu usaha, namun terdapat research gap pada penelitian ini. Dikarenakan masalah yang ada maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui kualitas layanan, kualitas makanan, suasana, konsumen lain, dan perceived value yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku kunjungan kembali ke Mangkok Ku Citra Garden 6 dan mengidentifikasi celah research gap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, sedangkan metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah online questionaire dan observasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sudah pernah mengunjungi dan bersantap di Mangkok Ku Citra Garden 6, dalam jangka waktu bulan September – November 2020 dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 170 responden konsumen Mangkok Ku Citra Garden 6. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis verifikatif dan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima variabel independent yang di teliti, bahwa satu vairiabel yaitu perceived value mempengaruhi kunjungan kembali. Sedangkan, empat variabel lainnya yaitu kualitas layanan, kualitas makanan, suasana, dan konsumen lain tidak memengaruhi kunjungan kembali. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, peneliti berharap dapat membantu dalam hal manajerial dan pengembangan teori. Serta penelitian berikutnya dapat diperdalam dan menggunakan variabel lain dalam menguji variabel. / The restaurant industry sector in DKI Jakarta has a lot of enthusiasts, because of the lifestyle of people in DKI Jakarta who like to socialize with family, friends, relatives, and colleagues in restaurants to eat and drink together. So the more the number of restaurants in DKI Jakarta, the competition is also getting tougher, companies also have to pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers who are factors in a business, but there are research gaps in this study. The problems in this study were carried out by looking at messages of quality, food quality, atmosphere, other customers, and perceived value that could influence the behavior of returning visits to Mangkok Ku Citra Garden 6 and identifying research gaps. The research method used in this research is descriptive research, while the sample method used in this study is nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data method used is an online questionnaire and observation. The study population was consumers who had visited and looked for food at Mangkok Ku Citra Garden 6, in the period of September - November 2020 and the sample used was 170 consumers of Mangkok Ku Citra Garden 6. The data analysis methods used were verification analysis and quantitative analysis. by using the SPSS software. The results showed that the independent variables studied showed that one variable was the perceived value affecting return visits. Meanwhile, the other four variables, namely service quality, food quality, atmosphere, and other consumers do not affect return visits. Based on this research, the researcher hopes to help in managerial matters and theory development. Subsequent research can be deepened and use other variables in the test variables.
