Abstract

Dewasa ini, pembangunan di negara kita sedang berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Dengan adanya pembangunan yang semakin pesat, maka produktivitas dan efisiensi menjadi hal yang sangatlah penting dan harus diperhatikan. Metode Kurva Belajar adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan estimasi penjadwalan dan anggaran proyek. Hal ini dikarenakan pada pekerjaan konstruksi terdapat beberapa jenis pekerjaan yang bersifat repetitif. Pekerjaan konstruksi yang bersifat repetitif dapat digolongkan menjadi dua macam pekerjaan, yaitu pekerjaan yang bersifat manual dimana keterampilan tangan memiliki peranan utama dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, dan pekerjaan yang bersifat semi – manual yang lebih menggandalkan bantuan mesin daripada keterampilan tangan manusia. Selain itu, pekerjaan repetitif juga dapat digolongkan menjadi pekerjaaan yang tergolong sulit dan pekerjaaan yang tergolong mudah. Melalui tugas akhir ini akan diteliti nilai rasio kurva belajar pada pekerjaan bersifat manual dan semi – manual, serta pekerjaan yang tergolong sulit dan mudah. Dari nilai rasio kurva belajar yang diperoleh akan didapat besarnya penghematan anggaran (terutama dari segi upah tenaga kerja) yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kurva belajar ini. Peneliti juga akan memberikan contoh aplikasi kurva belajar terhadap anggaran upah tenaga kerja dan mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang dapat menghambat proses belajar pada pekerjaan konstruksi ini. Dengan penggunaan metode kurva belajar ini, akan didapat perencanaan durasi proyek yang lebih akurat sehingga mempengaruhi perhitungan anggaran proyek, dimana apabila anggaran dapat ditekan semaksimal mungkin maka akan membuat perusahaan kontraktor dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya dalam suatu tender konstruksi / Nowadays, the development of construction in our country is increasing rapidly. With these developments, productivity and efficiency become two crucial things that have to be considered. Learning Curve Method is one from many other methods that can be used to improve the accuracy of scheduling estimation and projects budget. This method can be used in the construction works because there are several jobs with repetition. Repetitive jobs in the construction can be classified into two groups, there are manual works which are majority using hand skills in doing the jobs, and semi – manual works which are using machine to do the jobs. In addition, the repetitive jobs can also be classified into difficult works and easier works. Through this thesis, the writer will compare the learning curve ratio of manual works and semi – manual works, also difficult works with easier works. From this learning curve ratio can be obtained the magnitude of budget savings (with focus in labor cost). The writer will give some examples from the application of learning curve method and also identifies several factors that can make unlearning effect happened in construction work. By using this method, the scheduling plans will be more accurate which will then affect the cost of projects. If the cost can be reduced as much as possible, it will make the contractor can compete with many other companies in the construction tender
