Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara e-Wom terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi konsumen atau pengguna JDID. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian penting. Proses pengambilan sampel harus dapat menghasilkan sampel yang tepat dan akurat. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Proses pengolahan data menggunakan SEM PLS, uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara e-wom terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemudahan pengguna terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian. /This study aims to analyze the effect of e-Wom on purchasing decisions, to analyze the effect of ease of use on purchasing decisions, and to analyze the effect of trust on purchasing decisions. The population in this study includes consumers or users of JDID. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Determination of the sample in important research. The sampling process must be able to produce precise and accurate samples. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. Data processing using SEM PLS, validity and reliability tests. The conclusion in this study is that there is no significant effect between e-wom on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence between the ease of users on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence between trust on purchasing decisions.
