Abstract

Pada masa pandemi sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah, karyawan diharapkan dapat bekerja dari rumah atau yang biasa disebut Work From Home, tentu dengan adanya anjuran tersebut karyawan diharapkan dapat bekerja dengan baik guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemi saat ini. Faktor-faktor yang mentukan peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemi antara kemampuan, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh kemampuan, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah di Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 196 karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah di Tangerang Selatan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara kemampuan, motiavasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. / During the pandemic era, according to government recommendations, employees are expected to work from home or what is commonly called Work From Home, of course with this recommendation employees are expected to work well to improve employee performance during the current pandemic. The factors that determine the increase in employee performance during a pandemic include ability, work motivation and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ability, work motivation and organizational commitment on the performance of employees working from home in South Tangerang. This research is a quantitative study in which researchers distributed questionnaires to 196 employees who work from home in South Tangerang. The collected data was then tested using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect between ability, work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance.
