Abstract
World Harvest Indonesia is a non-profit Christian organization specialized in social area. From the beginning of World Harvest Indonesia to this day, it has had many advantages and achievements, that’s because of coorporation with many collageous and of course the hard working employees. Job satisfaction of the employees should be maintained to reach the optimal job performance. Some researches have found that personality types affected the job satisfaction of he employees. This research is aimed to see the correlation between The Big Five Personality with job satisfaction of employees in World Harvest Indonesia. This is a quantitative research. There are 63 respondents in this research which are the employees of World Harvest Indonesia. Questionnare of Job Satisfaction and The Big Five Personality was used to measure the level of job satisfaction of emlpoyees and to find out the personality of the employees. The result of this research is that there is a significant correlation between the Extraversion, Agreeableness, Openness, and Conscientiousness personalities with the job satisfaction of employees in World Harvest Indonesia. But there is no significant correlation between Neuroticism personlity with the job satisfaction of employees in World Harvest Indonesia.
