Abstract
Peramalan teknologi (technology forecasting) adalah masukan yang sangat penting bagi perencanaan strategi suatu perusahaan. Dengan peramalan ini kesempatan dan ancaman bagi perusahaan akan dapat dilihat dengan lebih cepat, sehingga perusahaan bisa mengantisipasi perubahan yang terjadi. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengerjakan peramalan teknologi adalah pemetaan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meramalkan perkembangan teknologi video card dengan menggunakan metode pemetaan teknologi. Dengan melakukan pemetaan teknologi video card, akan diketahui perkembangan teknologi video card seperti penambahan kapasitas dari blok teknologi video card atau munculnya blok teknologi baru. Dari pemetaan teknologi yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan blok teknologi video card masih akan terus terjadi, khususnya penambahan kapasitas RAM serta clock speed dari GPU video card
