Abstract
PD. Baharia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor makanan yang diawetkan. Saat ini, PD. Baharia ingin mengubah penggunaan paper-based menjadi terkomputerisasi dalam membantu kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Selain hal tersebut, PD. Baharia juga ingin mengembangkan usahanya dengan memasarkan produk hingga ke berbagai wilayah di Indonesia melalui media teknologi. Tugas akhir ini berfokus pada pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memasarkan produk dan pencatatan data melalui media teknologi khususnya aplikasi yang berbasiskan web. Pada tahap pengembangan ini meliputi tahap analisis sistem saat ini, pengumpulan requirements, desain, perencanaan instalansi dan konstruksi. Methodology yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah RAD dengan metode Prototyping. Aplikasi usulan ini dibangun menggunakan Adobe Dreamweaver cs6 dan WAMP server 2.0 yang meliputi MySQL. Pada tahap permodelan aplikasi usulan menggunakan UML versi 2.0 seperti activity, use case, dan class diagram. Customer Relationship Management digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengatur hubungannya dengan konsume. Penggunaan CRM ini berfokus pada retention and loyalty program dan customer service and support sebagai landasan teori untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan konsumen. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu membantu PD. Baharia dalam mengelola usaha yakni pencatatan data dan pemasaran produk. Selain itu, aplikasi juga membantu usaha perusahaan dalam mempertahankan kesetiaan konsumen dengan cara pemberian poin kepada setiap konsumen yang melakukan transaksi dan poin tersebut dapat ditukar dengan produk tertentu serta pemberian promo diskon kepada Konsumen melalui fitur reward points dan diskon. / PD. Baharia is a company engaged in the salted fish distributor. PD. Baharia aims to change its system from the current paper-based to computerbased to help company operations. It also intends to expand its business by marketing products to various regions in Indonesia through media technology. This paper focuses on developing an application to help the company market products and record data through media technology, specifically web based application. The stages of development include system analysis, requirements gathering, application design, installation planning and construction. The chosen methodology in this application development is RAD, with Prototyping. This application is built using PHP and MySQL. In functional modeling, UML 2.0 is used including, such as activity, use case, and class diagram. Customer Relationship Management technique is applied to help the company to manage their relationship with the customer. It focuses on retention and loyalty program also customer service and support as a theoretical basis to help the company maintain good relationships with consumer. The web-based application will assist PD. Baharia in data recording and online shopping. In addition, the application also helps maintain consumer loyalty by giving points to consumers, rewarding them with certain products and giving promotional discount to customers through its reward points and discount features.
