Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaa. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan manufakur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017 – 2019. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel adalah Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017 – 2019, Perusahaan Manufaktur yang memiliki laporan keuangan lengkap pada tahun 2017 – 2019, Perusahaan Manufaktur yang memiliki ekuitas yang positif berturut-turut pada tahun 2017-2019, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 49 perusahaan. Sumber data adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang diambil melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan S&P. Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Profitabilitas diukur dengan menggunakan Return On Equity, Leverage diukur dengan menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio, Likuiditas diukur dengan Current ratio, kebijakan dividen diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio serta nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Price to Book Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. / The purpose of this study is to examine the affect of profitability, leverage, liquidity and dividend policy toward the firm’s value. The number of populations are manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2019. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method, which are manufacturing companies that have complete financial reports for 2017 - 2019, manufacturing companies that have positive equity in a row in 2017-2019, and obtained sample of 49 companies. Data source is the annual report of manufacturing companies taken through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and S&P. The test used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Program. Profitability proxy with Return On Equity, leverage proxy with Debt to Equity Ratio, Liquidity proxy with Current Ratio, and dividend policy proxy with Dividend Payout Ratio. The result this study shows that profitability has positively effect to firm’s value, leverage has negatively effect to firm’s value, liquidity has positively effect to firm’s value, and dividend policy has no effect to firm’s value
