Abstract

The application of bioclimatic architecture in mixed-use becomes important because Indonesia has the highest response value of 12.6% (ranked 8) of the countries in the world in contributing to global warming and other forms of environmental destruction (conference FuturArc Asia Forum 2008). This means that the application of the concept of environmentally design in Indonesia still needs to be improved. From the analysis of several buildings Mix- Used in Bandung, can be taken a tentative conclusion that it needed a building that uses Mix- Used bioclimatic architecture in energy saving, Commercial interests still be a top priority, but we need to build a mixeduse that environmentally friendly and able to answer environmental issues, the settlement of the problem is to apply the principles of bioclimatic architecture as a transitional space, imagery coming from the facade and vegetation, as well as green roofs. The design of this resort hotel is located in the South Bandung area .With increased investment in various sectors of the economy in this area, this encourages economic growth becomes more rapid, in order to address these needs at once realize the needs of the community then merging all functions into a tall building with a new style.
