Abstract

This study aims to give recommendations for the problem that Path has by using variables of consumer motivation for using social media for analysis on the organization's problem while also tackling theoretically on what are the variables of these that are applicable to Indonesian consumers or users. The research includes seven variables: entertainment, social connection, information, convenient, escape, satisfaction, and identity. The findings are made from structured interviews with five expert respondents and uses seven user respondents for analysis of the problem in order to create recommendation for Path.
