Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang dibutuhkan sekarang ini untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan cara membagikan ilmu dan ketrampilan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ada (1) Untuk membagikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa melalui mata kuliah di Fakultas Pariwisata program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (2) Untuk memperkenalkan kepada siswa-siswi SMK mengenai penerapan e-service quality untuk penjualan makanan dan minuman secara online (3) Untuk membantu masyarakat yang terkena dampak COVID-19 dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya e-service quality dalam bisnis online di tengah pandemi COVID-19 ini. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat membuat program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk workshop dengan mengajarkan siswa-siswi SMK mengenai e-service quality dan pentingnya hal tersebut di tengah pandemi COVID-19 serta mengajarkan kepada peserta bagaimana cara untuk membuat bisnis secara online dalam bidang food and beverage. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi siswa-siswi SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong dan dapat dikembangkan. / Community service is an activity that is needed now to increase a sense of concern for the community by sharing knowledge and skills. The purpose of community service activities are (1) To share knowledge and skills possessed by students through courses at the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality Management study program, Pelita Harapan University, (2) To introduce vocational high school students to e-service quality for the sale of food and beverages online (3) To help people affected by COVID-19 by providing knowledge about the importance of e-service quality in online business amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Community Service team created a Community Service program in the form of a workshop by teaching vocational high school students about e-service quality and the importance of it amid the COVID-19 pandemic and teaching participants how to make an online business in the field of food and beverage. It is hoped that this activity can be useful for SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong students and can be developed.
