Abstract
Pariwisata merupakan salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia. adanya perkembangan kuliner bisa menjadi peluang dalam perkembangan kuliner dalam menunjang pariwisata. Kuliner didefinisikan sebagai kegiatan pengolahan bahan pangan dengan menambahkan kreativitas pada suatu olahan makanan. dengan begitu terjadilah perkembangan produk yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki produk atau untuk menambahkan jenis baru. Salah satu olahan makanan yang populer adalah bakmi dengan cara menambahkan ekstrak buah kesemek Tiongkok pada adonan bakmi merupakan salah satu bentuk cara pengolahan makanan. Dalam memperkenalkan salah satu cara pengolahan buah kesemek maka dilakukannya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat pada guru–guru Sekolah Dian Harapan, Daan Mogot. Pelatihan PkM ini diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan salah satu olahan populer kepada 23 guru, mengenai pelatihan pengaruh penambahan ekstrak buah kesemek Tiongkok pada pengolaan bakmi. / Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries in Indonesia. culinary developments can be an opportunity in culinary development to support tourism. Culinary is defined as the activity of processing food ingredients by adding creativity to a food preparation. that way there will be product developments that are carried out to improve products or to add new types. One of the popular food preparations is noodles by adding Chinese persimmon fruit extract to the noodle dough which is one form of food processing. In introducing one way of processing persimmon fruit, Community Service was carried out to Dian Harapan School teachers, Daan Mogot. The PkM training was organized by the Pelita Harapan University Tourism Faculty. This training aims to introduce one of the popular preparations to 23 teachers regarding training on the effect of adding Chinese persimmon fruit extract to noodle processing.
