Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini di pilih oleh kelompok kami, karena masyarakat kurang memiliki kesadaran mengkonsumsi buah. Buah nanas memiliki peran penting bagi kesehatan tubuh. Karena vitamin yang terdapat pada buah nanas bisa membuat tubuh manusia menjadi lebih kuat terhadap virus yang ada. Sebab buah nanas memiliki kandungan anti oksidan yang dapat menangkal berbagai macam penyakit dan harga buah nanas relatif murah. Oleh karena itu kami memilih buah nanas menjadi bahan dasar yang akan kita olah menjadi hidangan penutup yang mudah untuk dibuat, memiliki rasa yang enak dan ditambah dengan manfaat yang sangat banyak. Dengan di kombinasikannya antara buah nanas dan mochi kami mengharapkan bahwa masyarakat lebih tertarik dalam mengonsumsinya sehingga manfaat dari buah nanas dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat kita memiliki pertahan tubuh yang kuat Metode pengumpulan sampel yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji organoleptik yaitu uji mutu hedonik terhadap 20 panelis dalam uji coba produk. / This Community Service Activity was chosen by our group, because people lack awareness of consuming fruit. Pineapple fruit has an important role for health. Because the vitamins found in pineapple can make the human body stronger against existing viruses. Because pineapple contains anti-oxidants that can ward off various diseases and the price of pineapple is relatively cheap. Therefore, we chose pineapple as a basic ingredient which we will process into a dessert that is easy to make, has a delicious taste and is added with a lot of benefits. By combining pineapple and mochi fruit, we hope that people will be more interested in consuming it so that the benefits of pineapple can be felt by all of our people. We have a strong body defense. product trials.
