Abstract

Setiap proyek yang dibangun tentunya melibatkan pelaku-pelaku konstruksi di dalamnya, seperti pemilik, perencana, pelaksana, masyarakat, pengawas, dan lain-lain. Untuk membuat sebuah proyek konstruksi yang ideal tentunya dibutuhkan kerja sama yang baik antar pelaku-pelaku konstruksi tersebut. Sayangnya, pada beberapa proyek, baik di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri, masih banyak pelaku-pelaku konstruksi yang tidak bertanggung jawab atas fungsi masing-masing. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu penyebab gagalnya suatu proyek konstruksi. Dalam penulisan ini akan dibahas beberapa contoh kasus kegagalan yang terjadi, baik di Indonesia maupun luar negeri, yang kemudian akan disesuaikan setiap kesalahan yang menjadi penyebab kegagalan, dengan jenis-jenis kegagalan serta tolok ukur yang berlaku di Indonesia./ In every construction project, it always including many people to run the construction proccess. They do their work as best they can do to make this proccess success. But in many project, these people do not work their best, it makes the construction proccess does not run as it suppose to be, and we call it construction failure. In this final assignment, writer will give a few example of construction failures that happened in Indonesia and other countries, then these examples will be related with types of failure and point of references that used in Indonesia.
