Abstract

Dalam dunia konstruksi di Indonesia, terjadi perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Perkembangan konstruksi yang sangat pesat disertai teknologi yang semakin maju memungkinkan adanya pembangunan berbagai gedung dan infrastruktur seperti jembatan, pelabuhan, dan lainnya. Sumber daya manusia sangat berperan penting dalam pembangunan, oleh karena itu diperlukan perhatian khusus untuk keselamatan para tenaga kerja manusia. Dibutuhkan SMK3 yang baik untuk meminimalkan terjadinya risiko K3. Skripsi ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membandingkan penerapan sertifikasi OHSAS 18001:2007 dan sertifikasi SMK3 DEPNAKER dengan cara membandingkan klausul-klausul dua sertifikasi tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap penerapan oleh perusahaan kontraktor. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan perbedaan dan persamaan kedua sertifikasi tersebut. Kemudian didapatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari sertifikasi OHSAS 18001:2007 dan SMK3 DEPNAKER./ The construction world in Indonesia has experienced a rapid developments. By using a higher technology, the construction industry has the chance to build more buildings and infrastructures such as bridges and ports. Human resource plays an important role in the construction industry. Therefore, it requires special attention of the companies, concerning the safety of their labor. An effective occupational health and safety management systems is required to minimize the risk of implementation. This thesis is made in order to compare the implementation of the OHSAS 18001:2007 certification with the SMK3 DEPNAKER certification, which is done by comparing the clauses of both certification and analyzing how the contractor companies implement their regulations. Based on the analysis, similarities and differences which are found from both certificates, the advantages and disadvantages are obtained from the OHSAS 18001:2007 and the SMK3 DEPNAKER.
