Abstract

Karyawan-karyawan restoran Kantin Chinese Food memiliki keinginan yang besar terhadap bagaimana cara penerapan protokol CHSE (Cleanliness, health, safety, and Environmental Sustainability) dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, akan tetapi beberapa karyawan belum mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan protokol CHSE dan manfaat dari protokol itu sendiri, serta bagaimana cara protokol tersebut dapat membangun kembali kepercayaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu tim PkM (dosen dan mahasiswa) mengadakan pelatihan cara yang benar tentang penerapan protokol CHSE (Cleanliness, health, safety, and Environmental Sustainability) dalam meningkatkan kembali kepercayaan pelanggan kepada karyawan-karyawan restoran Kantin Chinese Food di Tangerang yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Sebagai pemenuh salah satu syarat untuk kelulusan tahun ajaran 2017. Tim PkM memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan bagi karyawan restoran Kantin Chinese Food dalam penerapan protokol CHSE untuk meningkatkan kembali kepercayaan pelanggan. Metode PkM yang digunakan melalui pelatihan keterampilan dan pendampingan secara nyata dengan Karyawan-karyawan restoran Kantin Chinese Food. Hasil kegiatan PkM diharapkan dapat memberikan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang baru mengenai penerapan protokol CHSE dalam meningkatkan kembali kepercayaan pelanggan. / The employees of the Kantin Chinese Food restaurant have a great desire for how to implement the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability) protocol for gaining back the customer trust, but some employees have not seen what is meant by the CHSE protocol and the benefits of the protocol. itself, and how the protocol can rebuild customer trust. Therefore the PkM team (lecturers and students) held training about how to implementing CHSE protocol (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) in the right way to increase customer trust for the employees of the Kantin Chinese Food restaurant in Tangerang, which was organized by the Faculty of Tourism. Pelita Harapan University as a form of community service (PkM) fulfilling one of the requirements for graduation for the 2017 academic year. The PkM team provides training to improve skills and abilities for Kantin Chinese Food restaurant employees in implementing the CHSE protocol for gaining back the customer trust. The PkM method used is through skills training and mentoring with employees of the Kantin Chinese Food restaurant. The results of PkM activities are expected to provide a new understanding and understanding of the implementation of the CHSE protocol in increasing customer trust.
