Abstract

Business competition is very tight at this time, makes companies should be able to provide a better value in the sight of consumers. Company the field of mechanical and electrical current constantly evolving quite dynamic. Listed more than 150 companies engaged in the mechanical and electrical in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. PT Hadasa Dinamika is one of the companies dealing in the field of mechanical and electrical trading. Making the customer as the main focus in marketing activities and implement the concept of personal selling as the main tools. PT. Hadasa Dinamika has a goal for always improve the interaction with their customers, and transform customer behavior in order to keep buying the product through PT. Hadasa Dinamika, or even customers who are new to PT. Hadasa Dinamika, wants to buy products that customers need (attracting new customers). During the writers exercising their internships directly involved in handling some consumers remain from PT. Hadasa Dinamika, especially in the area of Cilegon as Junior Sales Marketing. The author concludes, the application of personal selling at PT. Hadasa Dinamika, can have a direct impact in sales and an increase in the number of consumers who possessed PT. Hadasa Dinamika. This is due in personal selling activities can be established a good relationship between the company and customers and can meet the needs of customers in accordance with what they expect. Advice writer among other things, increase the number of Sales Marketing to handle an increasing number of consumers, and apply the tools of the marketing communication others so it can minimize the cost per contact of the company.
