Abstract

PT. Maju Express Indonesia (MITO Mobile) is a company engaged in the field of electronics and mobile phones. PT. Maju Express Indonesia is located at Mangga Dua Square Blok H No. 19 - 21, North Jakarta. The factory is located in Pantai Indah Dadap Warehousing Complex Block BA No. 9-10, Tangerang. MITO as a pioneer of local smartphones from Indonesia which has been established since 2004, has managed to become the Top three of the largest mobile phone vendor in Indonesia which has a high market share and distribution evenly throughout Indonesia at the end of 2012 and continues to develop in innovation to develop various products. MITO has also produced many products such as mobile phones, tablets, action cameras, and smartwatch with good quality, advanced features and affordable price. In addition, MITO also has more than 20 branches throughout Indonesia. The author did an internship at PT. Maju Express Indonesia and placed in the Digital Marketing division as a social media admin. The author learns and sees all the process of Marketing Public Relations activities such as building the image, increasing brand awareness, increasing sales, and building good relationship with society through MITO social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
