Abstract

Setahun belakang ini, keadaan ekonomi di Indonesia semakin menurun sehingga muncul berbagai dampak, mulai dari kenaikan harga bahan pokok, menurunnya daya beli konsumen, kenaikan harga barang impor dan persaingan antar pasar. PT. Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk Sinarmas Land yang merupakan perusahaan yang berdiri pada akhir tahun 1980 yang pada awalnya bergerak di bidang property hingga sekarang berkembang dan berhasil meraih banyak penghargaan. Selama pelaksanaan magang, Penulis di tempatkan di departmen Emerging Business dalam Divisi Business Analyst dan terlibat langsung dalam acara peluncuran Indonesia Convention Exhibition. Indonesia Convention Exhibition melakukan kegiatan IMC dibantu oleh Departemen Emerging Business Sinarmas Land untuk menciptakan brand image. Atas keadaan tersebut, Departemen Emerging Business Sinarmas Land mengatur strategi promosi dengan menerapkan konsep – konsep integrated marketing communication, untuk menarik perhatian banyak pengunjung.
