Abstract

Account Executive whose responsible for the analysis, negotiation, and implementation, determine the success/failure of a company to build relationship with client or customer. Lowe Indonesia as a business communication consultancy has many clients, one of them is PT. Arnott's Indonesia, which has the consumer products, such as, Good Time, Shapes, and others. In the implementation, the author is responsible for relationships with the client PT. Arnott's Indonesia. In its correlation to PR, the implementation of the internship is closely related to the MPR, particularly in the observations on the existing competition. Observation on the competition is the analysis of the situation. Lowe Indonesia is analyzing the situation by creating a competitor review and competitor analysis. Analysis of the market situation is part of the PR phase according to Centre, Cutlip and Broom (2006), the stage of situation analysis, strategy, implementing, and assessment. According to Harris and Whalen (2006), the use of PR strategies and tactics to achieve marketing objectives. The purpose are to gain awareness, stimulate sales, facilitate communication, and build relationships between consumers and companies. By using the concept of PR and MPR, it is expected that Good Time Rainbow can achieve the marketing goals of PT. Arnott's Indonesia.
