Abstract
Kegiatan MICE merupakan salah satu kegiatan pariwisata yang begitu berkembang dan semakin populer di Indonesia. Banyak hotel yang memanfaatkan kegiatan MICE tersebut untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pada hotel tersebut. Salah satu hotel dengan tingkat pendapatan terbesarnya lewat kegiatan MICE adalah Hotel Swiss-Belinn Kristal Kupang. Dengan banyaknya ruangan serbaguna/ballroom yang dimiliki serta dengan tingginya kegiatan MICE yang berlangsung di Hotel Swiss-Belinn Kristal Kupang, penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengetahui seberapa siap aset tetap milik hotel dalam menunjang tingginya kegiatan MICE yang terjadi di hotel, serta kendala-kendala apasaja yang terjadi dalam operasional kegiatan MICE yang berlangsung dengan total aset tetap hotel yang tersedia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa magang langsung di tempat penelitian, observasi dan wawancara serta penggunaan dokumen.
