Abstract

Proses produksi merupakan proses yang cukup penting di dalam proses manufaktur. Hal ini dikarenakan proses transformasi material terjadi di dalam proses produksi. Dibutuhkan manajemen produksi untuk mengkoordinasi proses produksi agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Produksi dalam bidang manufaktur merupakan proses kompleks yang terdiri dari berbagai subproses. Setiap subproses berkontribusi akan keberhasilan proses produksi. Jika manajemen produksi dilakukan secara manual, dengan proses yang kompleks, akan membutuhkan sumber daya, tenaga kerja dan waktu yang lebih banyak. PT. Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang terus berinovasi untuk mengembangkan kegiatan usaha menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Namun, perusahaan ini masih melakukan semua proses manajemen produksi secara manual. Sehingga perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatur proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam manajemen produksi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode Prototyping. Pemrograman website dirancang menggunakan bahasa HTML, CSS, PHP dan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil dari penelitian ini diuji menggunakan metode black-box testing dengan penekanan scenario dan functional testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen produksi berbasis web yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola proses produksi dari awal pembuatan perencanaan produksi, pengiriman barang jadi, hingga pembuatan invoice./The production process is a process that is quite important in the manufacturing process. This is because the material transformation process occurs in the production process. Production management is needed to coordinate the production process in order to achieve predetermined goals. Production in manufacturing is a complex process consisting of various sub-processes. Each sub-process contributes to the success of the production process. If production management is done manually, with a complex process, it will require more resources, labor and time. PT. Maju Bersama Persada Dayamu is a company engaged in manufacturing that continues to innovate to develop business activities to be more effective and efficient. However, the company still carries out all production management processes manually. So that the company has difficulty in managing the production process. This study aims to assist companies in production management. The methodology used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the Prototyping method. Website programming is designed using HTML, CSS, PHP and uses the CodeIgniter framework. The results of this study were tested using the black-box testing method with emphasis on scenarios and functional testing. This study produces a web-based production management information system that can assist companies in managing the production process from the start of production planning, delivery of finished goods, to making invoices.
