Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work motivation, principal supervision and job satisfaction on teacher’s organization commitment in Secondary XYZ School North Jakarta. The data collection in this study is done using quistionare to all teachers. The numbers of the respondents are 53 people. The method used in this research was quantitative research by using path analysis method. This study is using Smart PLS program to evaluate the outer model and inner model. The results showed that work motivation gives positive influence to job satisfaction (0,349) as well as principal supervision with a positive influence to job satisfaction (0,631). Work motivation (0,442) and principal supervision (0,336) has a positive influence to organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has an effect on effect on organizational commitment despite small influence (0,013) but it still create a positive influence. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, supervisi kepala sekolah, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru Sekolah Menengah XYZ Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh guru. Jumlah responden yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah sebanyak 53 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Pendekatan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program Smart PLS digunakan untuk mengevaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja ( 0,349) dan supervisi kepala sekolah juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (0,631). Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi (0,442) dan supervisi kepala sekolah juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi (0,336). Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi walau pengaruhnya kecil (0,013) tetapi masih memberi pengaruh positif.
