Abstract

Elsoil adalah online shop yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan aksesoris wanita yaitu anting, gelang dan kalung. Mengingat tidak sedikit online shop yang bergerak di bidang usaha serupa, pemilik Elsoil menyadari diperlukannya keunggulan kompetitif. Dari sejumlah penelitian yang ada, website adalah salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Lebih jauh, website penjualan aksesoris Elsoil diyakini dapat meningkatkan pelanggan setia dan meraih pelanggan baru. Informasi promo dan pengenalan produk pada konsumen juga dapat disampaikan melalui website. Selain itu, dengan adanya teknologi website sebagai sarana online yang mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan dan bermacam data yang ada, diharapkan pemilik Elsoil dapat mengelola bisnis Elsoil berdasarkan data semisal menentukan pemberian voucher kepada pelanggan menurut kriteria yang ada. Untuk mengembangkan website penjualan online shop Elsoil yang mengintegrasikan layanan dan data diperlukan metodologi pengembangan web yang tepat. Metode yang dipilih adalah metode waterfall yang terdapat dalam SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Model sistem dibuat dengan mengacu pada UML 2.5. Model tersebut meliputi, use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan table relationship diagram. Sedangkan, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, JavaScript dan PHP. Data yang ada digunakan menggunakan DBMS MySQL. Implementasi sistem direalisasi menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Data yang dibutuhkan untuk menyusun kebutuhan sistem dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan wawancara. Pengujian atas website penjualan aksesoris wanita Elsoil menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan integrasi layanan dan data dapat diakomodasi. Integrasi tersebut mencakup seluruh transaksi dari proses registrasi, pemesanan, pembayaran dan pengiriman produk. Dengan adanya desain yang ramah pengguna dan struktur back-end yang andal, pemilik dapat mengelola website Elsoil. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, website penjualan ini dapat dilengkapi dengan fitur diantaranya layanan pembayaran e-money. / Elsoil is an online shop that sells women's accessories, namely earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Given that many online shops are in similar businesses, Elsoil owner realize the need for competitive advantage. From a number of existing studies, website is one of the media that can be used to create competitive advantage. Furthermore, the Elsoil accessories sales website is believed to be able to increase loyal customers and reach new customers. Promo information and product introduction to consumers can also be delivered via website. In addition, with the existence of website technology as an online tool that integrates various services and various existing data, it is hoped that Elsoil owner can manage Elsoil's business based on data for example in determining the provision of vouchers to a certain number of customers according to predefined criteria. To develop Elsoil online shop sales website that integrates services and data, a proper web development methodology is needed. The method chosen is waterfall method from SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The system model is made based on UML 2.5. The model includes use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and table relationship diagram. Meanwhile, the programming language ​​used are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Existing data is used by MySQL DBMS. The system implementation is realized by CodeIgniter framework. The data needed to compile system requirements is carried out through literature studies and interviews. Test on Elsoil women's accessories sales website shows that the need for data and service integration can be accommodated. This integration includes all transactions from the process of registration, ordering, payment and product delivery. With its user-friendly design and reliable back-end structure, owners can manage Elsoil website. For further development, this sales website can be equipped with features including e-money payment services.
