Abstract
At present, the development of communication technology and information (ICT) in the field of education is very rapid and is seen as a necessity and also a necessity. One way that can be used to improve the quality of learning and the ability of students, especially in terms of utilizing ICT, is through the website. Websites or sites can also be interpreted as a collection of pages that display information on text data, still image or motion data, animated data, text, videos that are both static and dynamic which form a series of interrelated buildings where each is connected to a page network ( hyperlink). Using a website can develop a more conducive and interactive teaching and learning situation, especially in learning English where the notes are international languages. The study was conducted using a case study approach with qualitative methods. data sources are obtained by holding meetings with informants while making promises to conduct interviews. The results showed that communication with Quipper School's e-learning website was carried out directly with broadcast, group and personal strategies. English proficiency occurs as students and teachers are able to adapt to new innovations in terms of learning and teaching effectively using internet media. / Pada saat ini, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi komunikasi (TIK) dibidang pendidikan sangat pesat dan dilihat sebagai suatu keperluan dan juga kebutuhan. Salah satu cara yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan pelajar terutama dalam hal memanfaatkan TIK adalah dengan website. Website atau situs juga dapat diartikan sebagai kumpulan halaman yang menampilkan informasi data teks, data gambar diam atau gerak, data animasi, suata, video baik yang bersifat statis maupun dinamis yang membentuk satu rangkaian bangunan yang saling terkait dimana masing-masing dihubungkan dengan jarinagn halaman (hyperlink). Memanfaatkan website dapat mengembangkan situasi belajar mengajar yang lebih kondusif dan interaktif khususnya dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris dimana notabenenya adalah bahasa internasional. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif. sumber data didapat dengan cara mengadakan pertemuan dengan para informan sekaligus membuat janji untuk melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dengan e-learning website Quipper School dilakukan secara langsung dengan strategi secara broadcast, group dan personal. Kemahiran dalam berbahasa Inggris terjadi seiring siswa dan guru yang mampu beradaptasi dengan inovasi baru dalam hal belajar serta mengajar secara efektif menggunakan media internet.
