Abstract

Departemen Utility merupakan salah satu bagian di dalam PT XYZ Plant F. Seksi ini bertugas untuk menjamin ketersediaan energi yang dibutuhkan untuk produksi di pabrik PT XYZ Plant F. Kebutuhan energi antara lain air, listrik dan udara. Ketiga pasokan energi tersebut harus selalu terjaga ketersediaanya dan harus selalu dijaga parameternya agar produk yang dihasilkan selalu dalam keadaan baik dan tidak mengalami kecacatan. Utility Air Conditioning System merupakan salah satu yang bertugas untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu dan kelembaban pada ruang laboratorium Plant F, oleh karena itu penulis merancang suatu sistem untuk monitoring suhu dan kelembaban pada ruang laboratorium dengan sensor DHT22 dan relay sebagai output yang diproses oleh Arduino. Karena sebelumnya proses pencatatan dan pengontrol suhu dan kelembaban dilakukan oleh mesin yang sudah lama rentan terhadap kerusakan dan permintaan auditor untuk mengganti mesin dengan yang lebih modern. Maka dari itu penulis menggunakan ESP8266 yang terhubung dengan website ThingSpeak untuk memonitor dan mencatat data suhu dan kelembapan di dalam data base pada website ThingSpeak secara real time dengan format CSV berupa data dan grafik dengan spesifikasi suhu 24C +-2 dan kelembapan 55% +-3 pada ruang laboratorium dan juga semua orang dapat memantau data suhu dan kelembapan melalui smartphone menggunakan aplikasi ThingView. Pada hasil kalibrasi menunjukan dengan nilai error paling besar untuk suhu yaitu -1,4 dan untuk kelembapan yaitu 1,3 dengan menggunakan regresi linear pada Microsoft Excel. / The Utility Department is one part of PT XYZ Plant F. This section is tasked to ensure the availability of energy needed for production at PT XYZ Plant F. Energy needs include water, electricity and wind. These three energy supplies availability must always be maintained and their parameters must always be maintained so that the resulting product is always in good condition and does not have defects. Utility Air Conditioning System is one that is tasked to maintain temperature and humidity stability in plant F laboratory room, therefore the authors designed a system for temperature and humidity monitoring in laboratory rooms with DHT22 sensors and relays as outputs processed by Arduino. Because previously the recording temperature and humidity control process was carried out by machines that had long been prone to damage and the auditor's request to replace the machine with a more modern one. Therefore the author uses the ESP8266 which is connected to the ThingSpeak website to monitor and record temperature and humidity data in the data base on the ThingSpeak website in real time with CSV format in the form of data and graphics with temperature specifications 24C +-2 and humidity 55% +-3 in the laboratory room and also everyone can maintain temperature and humidity data via a smartphone using the ThingView application. The callibration result show the greatest error value for temperature is -1,4 and humidity is 1,3 using linear regression in Microsoft Excel.
