Abstract

Seorang perawat dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan berupa asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien, di mana asuhan keperawatan tersebut meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pencatatan dan pelaporan, hingga melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelayanan tersebut, oleh karena itu diperlukan kinerja yang baik sehingga pelayanan yang prima dan berfokus pada keselamatan pasien dapat terlaksana. Kinerja seorang perawat berkaitan dengan banyak faktor, diantaranya kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan beban kerja terukur terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 102 perawat pelaksana yang memberikan pelayanan di ruang perawatan RSUD Berkah Pandeglang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah disain korelasi dengan metode SAM- PLS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perawat secara positif./A nurse is required to provide services in the form of nursing care to patients, whereas the nursing care includes planning, implementing, recording, reporting, and evaluating the health services. For this reason, good performance is needed so that excellent services and focuses on patient safety can be carried out. The performance of a nurse is related to many factors, including competence, work motivation, and workload, which this stud aimed. The research subjects were 102 nurses who served in the nursing room of the Berkah Pandeglang Hospital. The research design used correlation design with the SAM-PLS method. The results obtained indicate that competence affects the performance of nurses positively, work motivation affects the performance of nurses positively, and workload affects the performance of nurses positively.
