Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan return on asset pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder, yaitu laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Jumlah total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini memenuhi bukti bahwa proporsi dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
