Abstract

Dian Harapan Junior High School is a private Christian school in Lippo Village. As a christian school, the leaders who applied christian faith are the Principal, CCTT, Team Leaders, and the teachers as educators. They focus on establishing the student’s character to be godly character. The teacher’s performances are influence by principal leadership, teacher’s works motivation, and teacher’s works discipline. The purpose of the research was determined the influence of the principal’s leadership on teachers’ performance, the influence of teachers’ work motivation on teachers’ performance, and the influence of teachers’ work discipline on teacher’s performance in Dian Harapan Junior High School. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires in Dian Harapan Junior High School with 22 respondents, data were analyzed using regression analysis which use SmartPLS. Then, the results of study were processed by the SmartPLS. Based on the analysis of data showed that first, the positive influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance, secondly, the positive influence of work motivation of teachers on teacher performance, and third, the positive influence of teachers’ work discipline on teacher performance. / SMP Dian Harapan merupakan sebuah sekolah swasta yang berlandaskan iman kristen di Lippo Village. Sebagai sekolah yang menerapkan nilai-nilai kristen, penerapan iman Kristen dilakukan mulai dari para pemimpin sekolah tersebut yaitu kepala sekolah, CCTT, dan Team Leader, serta para pelaksana operasional sekolah yaitu seluruh guru dengan menitikberatkan dalam membangun karakter ilahi dari para siswa. Kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diantaranya adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan disiplin kerja guru. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Dian Harapan, Lippo Village. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Dian Harapan dengan 22 responden kemudian data dianalisis dengan metode regresi berganda yang menggunakan SmartPLS Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa pertama, adanya pengaruh positif dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, kedua, adanya pengaruh positif dari motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan ketiga, adanya pengaruh positif dari disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru.
