Abstract

Notary is a public official who has the authority to make authentic deeds. one of the authentic deed made by the notary is a rental agreement. Rental agreement is a An agreement in which one party has an obligation to provide an object within a predetermined period of time and the other party is obliged to pay an amount of money for the object. Besides Notary, there is also what is known as Land Deed Official. Land Deed Official is a public official who is authorized to make the authentic deeds of certain legal acts concerning land rights or Ownership Rights Unit of the Flats. one example is the deed of sale and purchase. The Sale and Purchase Deed can be interpreted as a letter which can be used as evidence and a basis for buying and selling. From the research result it can be concluded, Making a renttal agreement at the Notary Martianis, S.H., M.Kn. office is the same as any other Notary. begins with negotiations between the parties, discussion of binding matters and settled with the signing of the agreement. Making sale and purchase deeds is also the same as the others. The problems faced by the clients are also mostly the same. Such as spouse signature issues and heir issues. The solution provided by Notary Martianis, S.H., M.Kn. is also almost similar to other Notaries. But the difference is that the Notary Martianis S.H., M.Kn. really cares about her clients and the problems faced by her clients.
