Abstract

Pemasangan infus merupakan tindakan invasive yaitu memasukkan jarum abocath ke dalam pembuluh darah vena yang kemudian disambungkan dengan selang infus dan dialiri cairan infus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan standard operating procedure pemasangan infus yang dilakukan oleh perawat di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengembangan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti didapatkan bahwa beberapa tindakan <100% yaitu tindakan dalam melakukan identifikasi pasien (96.3%), menjaga privasi pasien (94.5%), mencuci tangan sebelum melakukan tindakan (90.9%), Pilih vena yang akan ditusuk (92.7%), mencuci tangan sesudah melakukan tindakan (96.3%), informasikan kepada pasien dan keluarga (94.5%). Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Barat tentang gambaran pelaksanaan standard operating procedure (SOP) pemasangan infus oleh perawat, peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa yang melaksanakan pemasangan infus sesuai dengan SOP didapatkan (89%) dan yang tidak melaksanakan pemasangan infus sesuai dengan SOP berjumlah (10.9%) = Installation of an infusion is an invasive action that inserts a needle into a blood vessel connected to an IV tube and infusion fluid dius. This study aims to find out the standard operating procedure of infusion installation conducted by nurses at Private Hospital in West Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive development method. The results of research conducted by researchers found that some actions <100% of the action in doing the patient (96.3%), maintain patient privacy (94.5%), wash hands before taking action (90.9%), Select the vein to be stabbed (92.7%), washed hands after taking action (96.3%), inform patient and family (94.5%). Conclusion: Based on the results of research obtained at Private Hospital in West Indonesia about standard operating operation procedure (SOP) completed by infusion by nurse, the researcher concludes that according to SOP obtained (89%) and that does not serve the infusion. according to the experienced SOP (10.9%).
