Abstract

Ketika sitem pendaftaran Jaminan Fidusia telah ditegakkan yang menyebabkan beberapa masalah untuk Notaris, karena tanggung jawab untuk enforcibility dan kekuatan dari jaminan fidusia yang ditanggung oleh Notaris. Prosedur untuk mendaftarkan Fidusia Online memiliki cara dimana di dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2015. Dalam Pasal 4 yang menjelaskan tata cara untuk mendaftarkan melalui Fidusia Online, ada bagian dimana harus diperhatikan, sebagai batas waktu pendaftaran Fidusia yang hanya 30 hari untuk mendaftarkan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, setiap Notaris harus membuat Akta Persetujuan dan Pendaftaran ulang Jaminan Fidusia Pendaftaran Fidusia secara Online adalah dengan cara baru untuk meningkatkan factor-faktor yang mendukung proses pendaftaran. Solusi untuk permasalahan yang belum terdaftar di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM dibuatkannya Pernyataan Akta Fidusia dan Notaris juga harus aktif dalam mencari informasi tentang peraturan-peraturan terbaru / As we Know, the development of information of technology has change the human life as the guarantee of Fidusia too. When registration system of Fidusia guarantee has enforced that causing several problem to Notary, because of the responsibility to enfocibility and the strenght of the Fidusia guarantee that borne by Notary. The procedure to register Fidusia online has change the cointaint in the goverment regulation of art 21 year 2015. In art 21 that expain the procedure to register of Fidusia online, there is a part wich must be considered, as the deadline of the registration of fidusia that only 30 days to register.after the agreement date and Notary honorarium which may be imposed on the fiduciary deed. To solve this problem, every Notary must create the confirmation deed and re-registration the guarantee fidusia. Fiduciary registration online in a new way is to increase the factors that support the registration process . Remedies for Acts that have not been registered in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights was created Fiduciary Deed Assertions and the Notary also active in seeking of the information on the new Regulations
