Abstract

Air Susu Ibu adalah makanan yang terbaik bagi bayi yang baru lahir hingga mencapai usia 6 bulan. Tidak semua ibu dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya, hal ini dikarenakan terbatasnya produksi ASI ibu. Pijat oksitosin menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk membantu pengeluaran ASI yang lebih banyak. Pijatan oksitosin adalah pijatan pada leher, punggung dan sepanjang tulang belakang (tulang belakang) costae kelima hingga keenam. Pijat oksitosin dapat merangsang pelepasan hormon oksitosin. Refleks oksitosin berfungsi memacu ASI. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pijat oksitosin dalam meningkatan jumlah produksi ASI untuk ibu postpartum. Adapun database yang digunakan dalam pembuatan penulisan ini adalah One Search, Google Cendekia, Google Scholar, EBSCO, dan PubMed. Sumber jurnal yang didapat berupa primary sources dan PRISMA flow diagram digunakan sebagai alur pencarian database. Sumber jurnal dengan desain studi kuantitatif. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini adalah jurnal akademik yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2008-2018, jurnal menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, target responden yaitu pasien maternitas ibu postpartum, jurnal hanya membahas teknik pijat oksitosin kepada ibu postpartum. Kriteria eksklusi pada penelitian ini adalah artikel penelitian dilakukan pada pasien di luar ibu postpartum dan artikel yang membahas di luar fasilitas kesehatan. Critical appraisal tool menggunakan Crowe Critical Appraisal Tool (CCAT). Metode pendekatan dengan simplified approach dan hasil studi berupa narrative review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pijat oksitosin terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI, selain itu penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pijat oksitosin merupakan tindakan non farmakologi yang aman, mudah serta tidak menentang nilai kebudayaan yang ada dimasyarakat khususnya di Indonesia = Breast Milk is the best food for every newborn to reach 6 months. However, not all mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies, this is because of the limitations of mother's milk production. Oxcytocin massage is an alternative to help with more breast milk. Massage of oxytocin is a massage in the neck, back and along the spine (backbone) bone costae to the fifth to sixth. Massage can stimulate oxytocin release of oxytocin. Oxytocin reflexes serve to spur breast milk. This literature review is intended to determine the effectiveness of oxcytocin massage in increasing the amount of breastmilk production for postpartum. The databases in this literature review are One Search, Google Cendekia, Google Scholar, EBSCO, dan PubMed. Sources of articles or journals obtained in the form of primary sources and PRISMA flow diagrams are used as a database search flow. Sources of articles and journals with quantitative study design. The inclusion criteria in this study are academic journals published from 2008-2018, articles using English and Indonesian language, the respondent's is patient postpartum, the article only discussed the technique of oxytocin massage to postpartum. Exclusion criteria in this study is a research article conducted on patients outside postpartum and articles that discuss outside of health facilities. Critical appraisal tool using the Crowe Critical Appraisal Tool (CCAT). Approach method with simplified approach and with result of study in the form of narrative review.
