Abstract

Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) adalah pedoman atau acuan untuk melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan sesuai dengan fungsi dan alat penilaian kinerja instansi pemerintah berdasarkan indikatorindikator teknis, administrasif dan prosedural sesuai dengan prosedur kerja dan sistem kerja pada unit kerja yang bersangkutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan langkahlangkah Standar prosedur operasional suntikan subkutan dalam pemberian insulin di ruang perawatan medikal Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Bagian Barat. Desain yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di ruang perawatan medikal sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Besaran sampel ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah pemberian injeksi insulin selama peneliti melakukan penelitian. Jumlah partisipan adalah 18 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 46 tindakan. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa univariat statistik deskriptif dengan metode frekuensi distribusi. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni – Juli 2018 dengan menggunakan lembar checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 46 tindakan suntikan subkutan dalam pemberian insulin di ruang perawatan medikal Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Bagian Barat tidak ada yang melakukan tiga bagian besar dalam SPO secara utuh. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan agar dapat meneliti faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan perawat tidak melakukan langkah-langkah SPO suntikan subkutan dalam pemberian insulin secara keseluruhan = Standard Operating Procedure is a guidelines or reference to performed job duties in accordance with the functions and performance appraisal tools of government agencies based on technical indicators, administrative, and procedural according work procedures and work systems in the work unit concern. The purpose of this research is to identify the implementation steps of standard operating procedure subcutaneous injection to giving the insulin at Private Hospital in West of Indonesia. The population in this research is all of the nurses who actively working in inpatient medical department 80 persons. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Quantity sample based on the amount of insulin administration during the researcher doing the research. Total of participants is 18 persons, and total of sample is 46 injections. Data collection was conducted in June – July 2018 does with an observation checklist. The result showed that 46 subcutaneous injections to giving the insulin nothing do of the three major parts as a whole. The suggestions to the next researcher is to research by examining factors that can cause the nurses do not take step of standard operating procedure subcutaneous injection to giving insulin as a whole.
