Abstract

All states in the world are now facing the same problems if it is connected to the environmental problem which is the environmental degradation that becomes the cause of natural disasters, ecosystem damage, rapid change in climate and weather, and so on. And environmental issue is finally recognized as a global issue where there is a demand for all people’s participation in addressing this issue. China is one important country in this issue by the inclusion of China in the ranking of world’s largest GHG producers that bring it a lot of pressures to do something more, especially in the reduction of GHG cut caused by the large-use of fossil-fuel for their industry. Despite of all excuses that have been stated by Chinese Government in avoiding that kind of responsibility, the main reasons behind those excuses are China’s national interest where economic growth is its main priority. China has been faced a rapid and high grow in its economy for the past decades and it make China do not willing to sacrifice its national interest for any kind of activities that can harm or stop it in its effort to serve its national interest.
