Abstract

Keselamatan pasien dapat terwujud apabila adanya komunikasi yang efektif sesama tenaga medis. Salah satu komunikasi yang harus ditingkatkan efektifitasnya adalah saat handover. Hasil observasi menunjukkan dari sepuluh orang perawat belum ada yang melakukan seluruh item handover sesuai Standar Prosedur Operasional yang sudah ditentukan dari rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi Hubungan Pengetahuan Dengan Kepatuhan Perawat Dalam Melaksanakan Handover di Satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penilitian deskriptif korelatif dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah Perawat di Satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia bagian Barat sebanyak 40 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur pengetahuan perawat tentang handover dan lembar formulir check list observasi dengan panduan dari handover guideline rumah sakit tentang pelaksanaan handover. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif bivariat dengan jenis analisis kolmogorov-smirnov dengan tingkat kemaknaan p=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p>0,05 yaitu 0,897 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada Hubungan antara Pengetahuan Dengan Kepatuhan Perawat Dalam Pelaksanaan Handover di Satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk melakukan penelitian terkait faktorfaktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan handover = Patient safety can be realized if there is an effective communication among health medical personnel. One of the communications that should be improved is the time of handover. The observation result shows that from ten nurses, none of them has done all handover items according to standard operating procedures or guideline that have been determined from hospital. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of knowledge with the compliance of nurses in the implementation of handover in the one private hospital west Indonesia. This research uses descriptive corelatif research type with type of cross sectional research. This study use total sampling samples. The population in this research is nurse of inpatient room at private hospital in west Indonesia as many as 40 people, while the research sample is 40 people. The observing directly the nurses who were serving when researchers conducted the study. Measurement tool is a research questionnaire to measure nurse knowledge about handover and check forms checklist forms with guideline from handover guideline hospital about handover implementation. The data collected analyzed using descriptive bivariate analysis with kolmogorov-smirnov analysis with significance level. The results showed p> 0.05 of 0.897 so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge with nurse compliance in the implementation of handover in private hospital wards in West Indonesia. The next researcher is expected to conduct research related to what factors influence the implementation of handover.
