Abstract
Seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah mahasiswa yang signifikan membuat Universitas Pelita Harapan perlu membangun gedung baru untuk para mahasiswanya. Maka dibangunlah gedung untuk Business School, jurusan baru, yang lokasinya masih di dalam komplek Universitas Pelita Harapan. Penulis memilih proyek ini karena letaknya yang dekat dengan kampus dan tempat tinggal, sehingga memudahkan pemulis melaksanakan kerja praktek. Laporan ini menjelaskan informasi umum tentang proyek, pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi, proses konstruksi struktur atas bangunan, serta pekerjaan konstruksi lantai. Pada bab empat penulis akan lebih focus membahas mengenai pelat lantai flat slab, mulai dari cara pelaksanaan konstruksi sampai beberapa hal yang menarik dari pelat lantai flat slab yang dapat penulis temukan selama kerja praktek.
